AAAD-A 415 POLIT IMPACT OF BLK RELIGION (3 CR.)

The course will focus upon politically-oriented Afro-American and African religious activity including protest movements, nationalist groups, and electoral involvements. Course goals include familiarizing students with important actors and events in black religious and political affairs and developing critical thinking by students about politics and religious involvement in politics.
