AAADS offers three dual master’s degree programs:
- M.A./M.L.S. in AAADS + School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering
- M.A./M.P.A. in AAADS + School of Public and Environmental Affairs
- M.A./M.F.A. in AAADS + English (Creative Writing)
To be eligible for one of our dual master’s degrees, you must be formally admitted by both programs and by the University Graduate School. All requirements of both degrees must be met, including passing any departmental examinations and satisfying foreign language and research skill requirements. If both programs require a thesis, you may write a single a single thesis that meets the requirements of both fields. The thesis committee will comprise an equal number of representatives of both departments, and the thesis credit will be split between the two. All course work for the program must be completed within a period of six years.
