Dr. Calloway-Thomas Appointed Distinguished Research Fellow

Appointed Distinguished Research Fellow at the newly inaugurated Institute of African and Afro-Diaspora Studies and International Editor-in-Chief of Frontiers of African Diaspora Studies journal.  The School of Foreign Languages at the University of Electronic School and Technology of China launched the two series on May 23,2026. At the online session,  organizers of the International Symposium of the First Editorial Board of Frontiers of African Diaspora Studies and Inaugural Forum for the Institute of African and Afro-Diaspora Studies, highlighted AAADS’  “Globalizing Black Studies”   international conference, which was held from July 25 to 28, 2021, in conjunction with the Professional committee for Comparative Studies of Chinese and African Languages and Cultures.
